Add-On applies to one (1) grandparent only and is available exclusively as an add-on to a current family membership. Additional grandparents require a separate add-on.

Upon receipt or upon receipt of your membership application and a $500.00 deposit payable to the Woodbridge Club (applicable to the initiation fee) the Board will review the application for membership and notify the applicant in a timely manner. Guest Information and Fees
