SWIMMER'S GRILL When you come into The Woodbridge Club's Swimmer's Grill you can expect a fun variety of items taken from the menus at each of our amazing food vendor's restaurants along with many popular summer items. For example, you can enjoy fresh salads with some great burgers, chicken quesadillas and tacos for the kids! Summer 2025 menu coming soon! ABOUT OUR FOOD VENDOR:
Hartin Ballabani grew up in CT and has been a Woodbridge resident since 2008. Hartin and his wife have 3 children (Marley, Amaya and Lorik). Marley and Amaya
attend Beecher Road School, with Lorik soon to follow. He spent most of his career in the restaurant business fulfilling various positions. Most
recently he was a managing director for the Barcelona Wine Bar group
overseeing operations in CT, Atlanta and DC. Hartin was able to leave there
and open up his first restaurant in Shelton called Tacomida in 2019.
After a few years of operating Tacomida he managed to open up their second
restaurant in Shelton called Chaplin. Both restaurants are on the same
block as each other but completely different concepts. Tacomida is more
casual and focuses on Mexican and central American ingredients for the
food, whereas Chaplin is more fine dining with a focus on a more modern
menu. His passion for the restaurant industry is being able to meet and
interact with people on a daily basis, hosting and throwing together
great events and the food. He loves to cook, eat and explore new flavors.
When time permits, he likes to travel and see new places or enjoy the
outdoors. |
