The clubhouse is available to members and non-members to rent for private events.
- All membership accounts must be in good standing upon rental reservation.
- Members are not permitted to sponsor a non-member club rental.
- Members will be charged the non-member rental fee during a Leave of Absence.
- Non-members renting the facilities will be required to pay additional fees and submit a certificate of insurance. Contact the Club Business Manager for details.
- Non-member events are only permitted during the off season. (In season: Memorial Day-Labor Day)
- Parties over 150 people are required to hire a police officer. The Director will coordinate it with the Woodbridge Police and the cost will be passed onto the renter.
- Reservations are final only after a deposit has been paid and a contract is signed. All events require a signed contract.

**No rentals are allowed when the pool is open. Only Members may rent the clubhouse at night once the pool is closed.**
SUMMER POOL PARTIES
A party constitutes a member (or members) hosting 9 or more guests at a single gathering and must be arranged at least two weeks in advance with the Club Director. Fees for parties under 20 people are at the regular guest fees for the day. All parties will be held outdoors in the pool, picnic area, patio area or fire-pit area The Banquet Hall and (or) lounge cannot be used during a party (without additional charges).
- 20 or less guests-pay using guest passes
- 20-40 guests --$225
- 40-100 guests--$375
- 100+ members /guests the Club Director will coordinate a fee with the Board.
FIRE PIT RENTALS
- Base Rental Fee: $400 (Capacity - 75 people - 4-hour time limit)
- 75 + members / guests: the Club Director will coordinate a fee with the Board.
