I release Yoga Instructor, Meghan Fredricks, from any and all responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of this yoga practice that I elected to participate in, and consent to have the yoga services of my choice applied.
Understanding yoga is a physical activity which has inherent risks, I release Meghan Fredricks and hold her harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries, disabilities (physical and/or psychological), transmission of a communicable disease, or any other negative impacts or consequences that I might incur as a result of the service provided today and I agree to voluntarily participate understanding these risks and their outcomes. I also affirm the understanding that I am healthy enough to participate in this yoga session.
